DAVID HAYE ACCOUNTABILITY

Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 August 2026

Updated 17 August 2026: the company responsible for your data is now D HAYE AI LTD. Nothing about what we collect or how we use it has changed.

David Haye Accountability is straight with you about training — and about your data. Here's the deal, in plain English.

Who we are

David Haye Accountability is operated by D HAYE AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14547447), registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration ZC211098). D HAYE AI LTD is the data controller. Contact: support@davidhayeaccountability.com.

What we collect

Why we collect it

Some of this (your weight, body fat, watch data and what you share about your health) counts as health data under UK law. We only process it because you've explicitly agreed to it — at sign-up, and again on the connect page if you link a watch — and you can pull that consent at any time by asking us to delete your data.

Where it lives

Your data is held and processed by the services that run the programme: WhatsApp (messaging), Supabase (our database), n8n (automation), ElevenLabs (voice — it reads your voice notes into text and also creates the coach's spoken replies, which may speak your numbers, like last night's sleep), Anthropic (AI coaching assistance — the coach's AI sees the data it coaches you on), Stripe (payments, if you're on a paid plan — they handle your card details, we never receive them), and — only if you connect a watch — Junction (the service that links your watch account to us; your watch data is hosted in the EU). If your watch is a WHOOP, your data comes through WHOOP's official API under their terms. They process your data only to run this service. We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as you're a member. Leave, or ask us to delete your data, and it's removed from our systems within 30 days. Payment records are kept longer where the law requires it for tax and accounting.

Your rights

Email support@davidhayeaccountability.com for any of the above. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

That's it. No small print games — just the work.
