No lock-ins, no cancellation fees, no phone call where someone tries to talk you out of it. Here's exactly how it works.
You can cancel any time. Two ways:
Once you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you're not charged again. Nothing is cut off early.
Under UK law you have 14 days from joining to change your mind and cancel for a refund.
Because coaching starts straight away, here's how that works in practice:
Just email support@davidhayeaccountability.com within 14 days.
Membership is monthly, and months already paid for aren't refunded. Cancel whenever you like and you simply won't be charged again — you keep everything until the month runs out.
If something has genuinely gone wrong — we didn't deliver, or you were charged in error — email us. We'll sort it. We'd rather fix a problem than keep money we haven't earned.
Cards expire, banks block things. If a payment fails we'll try again over the following few days and let you know. If it still hasn't gone through, the membership pauses rather than disappears — your history and your plans stay exactly where they are, and you can pick it back up by updating your card.
If we close your membership for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the unused part of the month you've paid for.
Nothing here takes away your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
That's it. No small print games — just the work.
