These are the terms you agree to when you join David Haye Accountability. Same as everything else here — plain English, no games.
David Haye Accountability is operated by D HAYE AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14547447). In these terms, "we" and "us" means D HAYE AI LTD, and "you" means you, the member.

A coaching programme delivered over WhatsApp. Depending on what you engage with, that includes:
The programme is personal to you. You may not share your access, forward your plans, or resell any part of it.
Membership is by application. Your price is shown to you in full before you pay anything, and confirmed in writing when you join.
It's charged monthly to the card you provide, on the same date each month, until you cancel. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies.
If we ever change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you're free to cancel before it does.

David Haye Accountability is a fitness, nutrition and accountability programme. It is not a medical service. Nobody on this programme is your doctor, and nothing you are told here is a diagnosis, a treatment, or a prescription.
Talk to your GP before you start — especially if you have an existing condition, an injury, you're taking medication, or you're pregnant. Do the same before changing what you eat or taking any supplement discussed with you.
If something hurts, stop. If you feel unwell during or after training, stop and get medical help. If it's an emergency, call 999. This programme is not monitored around the clock and must never be used to report a medical emergency.
Any supplement mentioned to you is information, not a recommendation, and never a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You decide what you take, and that decision is yours.
Your coaching messages, voice notes and plans are produced with AI assistance, working from what you've shared and from David's own material and methods. It's supervised by real people, but it isn't perfect — it can occasionally get something wrong. Use your judgement, and tell us when something looks off so we can fix it.
We'll give you the work, the structure and the accountability. We can't promise a specific result — weight lost, muscle gained, or anything else. Results depend on you, your body and your consistency, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.
We also don't guarantee a reply within any particular time. Coaching is conversational, not an emergency line.
The programme runs on WhatsApp and other third-party services. Occasionally one of them goes down. We'll get things running as quickly as we can, but we're not liable for short interruptions outside our control.

We may end a membership if you don't pay, if you break these terms, or if we believe continuing would be unsafe for you. If we end it without good reason, we'll refund the unused part of your month.
What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy. Some of what you share is health data, and we only handle it because you've explicitly agreed. You can withdraw that at any time and ask us to delete everything.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by anything here.
If we change them in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel if you're not happy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
